2. Big Crowd Package

You bring the people, we bring enough food to shut everyone up for at least 20 minutes.

50+ Guests

Priced per person (one entrée + one side each)
Great for corporate events, school functions, and “we invited the whole neighborhood” situations
Add extra sides, sliders, or trays if your people are known over-achievers (with plates)

3. Drop-Off Catering

No truck needed? We prep everything hot and ready so all you have to do is open the door and point to the kitchen.

By the Pound

Tri-tip – sold by the pound (5 lb minimum)
Pork belly – whole belly (approx. 8 lbs)
Pulled pork – whole pork butt (approx. 5 lbs)

Perfect for DIY slider bars, build-your-own sandwich stations, or loading up your fridge with leftovers that mysteriously “disappear.”

4. Between the Buns: Tray Service

Great for offices, game days, or casual get-togethers when you want everything pre-built and ready to slam.
